Shipping information

Please note that the majority of our products are hand-finished by our skilled knitters, making each item unique and different.

Additionally, at PnSisters, we strive to describe our products on the website as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in color settings on different devices, the colors of the products shown in the pictures may differ slightly from their actual colors. PnSisters cannot be held responsible for any of such discrepancies.

We offer free shipping on all orders to the EU, UK and USA, usually processed the next business day, excluding holidays and peak seasons. Once we start packing your order, a shipment confirmation email with delivery details and a tracking link will be sent. Please be aware that it may take a few days for the tracking information to be uploaded.

Typical delivery times are:

  • 1-3 business days (free Express delivery) within Baltic states
  • 3-7 business days (free Standard delivery) to European Union countries, UK and USA.

    During checkout, you can optionally choose Express delivery (1-2 business days) to European Union countries for an additional €18 fee.

    Not on our shipping list? If your country is not listed, unfortunately, we are unable to cover duties and taxes at this time. For any questions, please reach out to us at support@pnsisters.com.

    Currencies: You can explore our prices in different currencies, but keep in mind that during checkout, all prices will be converted back to Euros, and you will be charged in Euros based on the daily exchange rate.

    Customs and import duties: We dispatch orders from within the European Union. Customs and import duties depend on your country's trade association with the EU. Since customs policies vary across countries, we recommend verifying your country's import regulations if uncertain. International buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes, as these are assessed by the customs agency in the destination country.

    EU member states: No import duties.

    USA: No import duties on orders below $800(USD) in declared value.

    UK: PnSisters covers all import duties and taxes for our UK customers.
