PnS Garment Care Guidelines

Guideline 1
Take care of your garments exactly as it is written in your garment care label.

Guideline 2
Minimize the frequency of washing/cleaning your knitwear. In between, choose air-drying or spot cleaning.

Guideline 3
To maintain the shape of your knitwear, avoid hanging, store folded.

Guideline 4
If the care label permits and the wash day has come, hand wash your garments in cold water. Simply give your PnS knit a brief five-minute dip (avoid soaking) in a basin of cool water with a small amount of the gentlest detergent available. Roll the garment in a fresh towel to remove excess water, then lay it flat to dry promptly in a well-ventilated area.

Guideline 5
Resist machine washing, even on hand-wash mode, to preserve your PnS garments. Say no to spinning for faster drying: it weakens fibers and alters the garment's shape.

Guideline 6
We suggest entrusting the dry cleaning of our knits to professional cleaners who provide sustainable, non-toxic, safe dry-cleaning services.

Guideline 7
Pilling, a natural occurrence with our soft and delicate wool, can be managed effortlessly. We suggest using a fabric shaver for the best results.

Guideline 8
Use a steamer to restore the shape of your garment and refresh it.

Guideline 9
Take extra caution with accessories like necklaces, bracelets, watches, bags, and backpacks to avoid snagging on the soft fibers, especially our cotton. Keep in mind that prevention is key: handle your knitwear gently to preserve its longevity and pristine look.

Guideline 10
Moths seem to appreciate knitwear just as much as we do. Safeguard your knits by placing natural bug repellent in your drawers.

Guideline 11
To maintain the lovely shape of our cotton ribbed styles, a gentle touch is needed. After washing, use your hands to delicately compress any expansion in the rib.

Guideline 12
Feel free to borrow some yarn from our woolly friend for any knitwear fixing needs. If you require assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out, and one of our skilled knitters will provide instructions to help you fix it.
