RETURN INFORMATION
We hope that you’ll love your PnSisters garment.
We are pleased to offer free returns on our clothing items if they are in unused and original condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your order.
To process a return, please contact our customer support team at support@pnsisters.com with your order details. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the items.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please note, all returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the order. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, including tags and packaging. For sending the item back, we kindly ask you to use the original packaging
Returns lacking proper authorization may experience processing delays.
Additionally, please be aware that duties or customs charges may apply when returning items from outside the European Union. If applicable, these costs may be deducted from your refund upon processing the return.
Our Commitment to Quality
If you happen to receive a damaged garment or package, we kindly ask you to notify us within 24 hours, attaching pictures of both. Additionally, we highly recommend specifying "damaged package" to the courier during the delivery.
Refunds
The refund will be automatically processed through the same payment method you used for the initial purchase. You can expect to see the refund reflected in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.
